You ladies and gentlemen know how dangerous a place E Bay is, right??? :wow:
There i was, minding my own business, when this faded brown guitar caught my eye. Hmmm, more pictures, let's look at them, casually. An Epiphone G 400, faded brown finish, no binding on the neck (i'm not a big fan of neck binding). The next thing i know, Paypal is thanking me for my business, and telling me my new guitar will be here by next Thursday. How did that happen?
i'll post pics when it arrives, if anybody wants to see them.
    From the seller's pics-

The ad didn't mention anything about the rug, no...
According to the seller, the guitar is a 2008 model, would that make it Chinese, or Korean built?

To bad.....the rug really sets that brown finish off nicely. I was thinking you could hang the rug BEHIND the guitar as it sits on the stand.....would be an awesome effect. Oh well I guess you will just have to settle for an AWESOME guitar by itself. :)

i'm hoping that guitar merits a Persian type rug. Always wanted one for my music room.

I was also "casually" browsing the for-sale ads when I found my G-400... it's funny how that happens. Congrats mate, she's a beaut.

Well, i got a tracking number this morning; of course, it doesn't show up yet in the UPS database. ETA is Thursday, i'm hoping for Wednesday, but it's going to seem like a long wait regardless.

We could wait months/years for a guitar with no problem, but at the moment we click on "Add this item to cart", we are like a kid who is waiting is christmas present.
Good luck for the loooooong wait (2 days ? lol)

It's odd, i was thinking of the same analogy. i told the UPS driver once that guitars should be delivered at the start of the day, not late afternoon. He looked confused; must not be a guitar player.
Delivery is now moved up to Wednesday. Still not soon enough..
