I don't often post...
...but when I do, it's NGD
I love it. Cool piece
Holy crap, that is nice ! But Molten Gold ? Is it sticky ?
FINISH on the back of the neck ?
Shiny or satin ?
Smooth or grainy ?
Back of neck SHAPE ?
Flattened down extra thin or rounded ?
I'd risk to say shiny poly like glass that can be smoothed down to a nice velvety surface with Scotch Brite.
Neck shape, I'd bet it's a Slim Taper with emphasis on slim.
I would call it "wide and thin". I don't know much about the neck profile names.
The back of the neck is painted gold. Glossy and smooth.
Feels super smooth. Playability is top-notch IMO.
Very nice !! Congrat's !!
Very nice, the gold finish is beautiful. There was a short lived model Epi put out a few years ago, called the '61 G400 Pro I believe, that came in a metallic gold finish. I could never find one, but I though it would have made a nice partner to my TV silver '66 G400 Pro, giving me the full Yukon Cornelius set.
