It’s a long wait, isn’t it? How do you feel not that it has arrived. Looks stunning, and I bet it plays like butter

Thanks! It definitely plays like butter and sounds amazing! The neck is on the thinner side on mine, which is fine. I actually got lucky and won the auction on Ebay last week. I bought the Schaller 456 on Reverb as the guitar didn’t come with one. It only had a wrap around bridge. It’s now my favorite guitar I own hands down!

    CONGRATULATIONS ! HNGD !

WOW, I would like to hear that guitar thru a Laney T.I. w/Naga-Vyper Treble Boost(or Rangemaster if I could find one).
'The OLD BOY' is WOD the Heaviest sounding SG, maybe even guitar, I have ever heard played. Tony Iommi retired it b4 the last tour. Last time I saw him play 'The OLD BOY' was the encore 'Black Sabbath' @ Jones Beach Ampitheatre, NY in June, 2004...its not often I remember a specific guitar.....'The OLD BOY' just blew the other guitar T.I. played the rest of the show with by a wide margin, it wasn't even close, extremely noticeable. IDK why T.I. even bothered playin the other SG. Been thinkin about pullin the trigger on one but the 2 year wait ? IDK...

CONGRATS again, I bet it just sounds Frikkin' WICKED !

Thank you! It’s by far my favorite SG now! I wish I had an Iommi amp as well, but they’re no longer made sadly. The Old Boy is definitely Tony’s best sounding guitar. The wait is a killer for sure but worth it!
