Bought a Xavier XV-300 off Reverb, Looks good, not beat up, zero fret wear really nice guitar.
BUT 15 th. fret down 3 dead spots.
    Or I could:
    A. Send it back since there was no word of fret problems in the listing.
    or
    B. keep it to learn how to level frets on it?

I like it looks good and everything but I'm kind of pissed that the seller sold me a guitar that's frets are jacked.

If you like the guitar and it wasn't a ton of money... fix it.

most medium to low priced guitars need attention to the frets...especially if you've got specific tastes or expectations.

Looks like a pretty nice guitar. Could it just need a twist of the truss rod? Did you change the string gauge from what it came with? Most of the time, when i change string gauge it requires a truss rod adjustment.
