Non-Parallel Doubleneck?

    Obviously I'm going on pure speculation...
    Best guess is he broke it in half and had it glued back together as best as could be!

    I agree with Piper above, I like the looks of the repaired guitar better than the original parallel neck configuration. It also looks to me like it would be a bit more ergonomically comfortable to play. I don't go around "willy nilly" modifying everything that comes my way (especially rare and valuable instruments), but once the deed is done I will gladly get something and use it if it actually is an improvement. If I was looking for a doubleneck, this one would catch my eye for sure. I would also definitely consider building a custom replica if this was something I really desired.
