Hi, new to this forum!
I have a really nice 67' SG. Great tone and a neck like a tree trunk!
The bottom E string kept falling out of the nut slot when bending it. A good local luthier told me it was not the original nut, and so manufactured me one from teak.
I am really happy with it, but I would like to find an original nut for it anyway as to preserve the original integrity of the guitar.
Does anyone know any vintage parts people that might have one?
