It was won in a contest at MTV's Headbangers Ball in 1995.

Is it a real Gibson

Was it played by Saxon ??

From the placement of the neck pickup, I'm tending to think its not a Gibson.

Do you have a pic of the headstock? Does it have a serial number? Are there any dates on the pots? A pic of the back of the body and the heel would be helpful as well. What did MTV say it was?

the hardware looks like Gibson stuff. (Wrap tail and tuners)
