I wish you had kept the Korina Standard. What prompted you to unload it?

I couldn't bond with the Korina Standard. While it was a unique SG, it wasn't enough for me to justify keeping it. I'd rather let it go to someone else who might appreciate it more for what it is.

Just picked up this bad boy. My only sg at the moment, used to own a epi sg a while back but sold it for.. well I can’t remember the reason really! Probly needed the cash

That's an impressive history! I like the 'history lesson' style of your post, and it's a good excuse to cram a few more photos into this thread. :)

Just six from me, never more than three at a time:
2014 SG Standard
2008 SG Special 3 single coil (GOTW 30)
2012 SG Diablo Premium Plus
2016 SG Standard High Performance
2016 SG Supreme
2018 SG Custom P90

2014 when new:

Soon after, fitted with a Bigsby B3, and alongside the 3 single coil 2008 Special (my shortest lived SG, it had to go back to a dealer who'd been quite dishonest in his listing):

I'm more a Les Paul player. First guitar I ever had was a Sears SG copy. Had a 69 W/Vibrola for a time Now a 61 RI and a Thunderstruck. Would like a white one and would love a Black one as well. Maybe TI or 50 Aniversary.

I've had 3 over the years, and of those I've kept 2.

2000 or 2001 SG Gothic (I forget exactly)

2003 Gordie Johnson Signature SGJ

1971 (pretty sure) SG Deluxe

The Deluxe is my baby. I bought it in pieces from a dude who'd been keeping it in his basement. It's had the headstock snapped off 4 or 5 times - I recently got it back from the luthier who's repaired it hopefully for the last time - but other than the Bigsby, the truss rod cover and the bridge, it's all original. It sounds and plays amazing. I know some people don't like the Norlin guitars, but the lack of neck angle and the thin neck both make it a really comfortable guitar.
