My favorite SG to Date SG junior 2018
My goodness those 61's look awesome!
New to the forum guys.. here is my 1986 62 RI.. unfortunately was made on a Friday in April.. (no Monday or Friday guitars).. Curious about the pickups.. not sure what they were using in 86..?? These are the stamped PAT NO.. sounds great.. bought this in 1992 used for $ 300.. steal..
In the process Cherry left over from a living room set I made years ago, neck is the same Cherry, Walnut and Birdseye Maple with Jatoba inserts at the body joint. Neck grain follows the headstock angle and has sat for years, hope it never breaks.
Great looking project Jim.. ! I have now seen an actual '62 SG and it does have the smooth tapered neck joint and not the ledge like mine.. seems like the Gibson VOS SG's are right on the money with the neck joint..
Just finally got back to having 2 SGs around. 2004 Natural Burst and 2018 Pelham Blue. Both SG Standards.
something about those natural, walnut or autumn bursts i love.. !!
My -74 Std (and my Vee&Les Paul Studio baritone -04)

Pair of 2016Ts....
Wow, awesome pair!
My '78 SG Custom twins. Both were made on the 9th of November.
2014 Standard, GC limited run with stock Classic '57s, no 120th Anniversary banner, no PCB board and no robot thingy tuner. My only SG among 20+ other guitars, but that's about to change.
Aaaaw, maaan! The fact that they are actual twins, those two supersexy mastodons of electric guitars, is just beyond cool.
"Three to get ready, now go cat go!" Sweet guitars! Especially the Fireburst ... Oooh!
After weeks reading this forum, my first SG. A used Faded 2017.
I LOVE it.
The neck is perfect, no frills, excellent sensations !
Newest addition and 1st SG, a '72 deluxe.
