    I can see the one pic of the whole front-side of the guitar, but the other Photobucket links aren't working.

    Emphasis mine.

    Paypal gift {copypasta}
    "Gift” or “personal” payments are intended as transfer of funds from family or friends to one another. For this reason, there is no processing fee when payment is made with bank or PayPal balance. On the other hand, as it is a “personal” payment, there is no Buyer or Seller Protection Policy, as no goods or services have been exchanged.

    {end copypasta}

    Not to besmirch anyone's character, but for my money, it's regular PayPal or nothing.

    Fair enough. I edited the post to eliminate the Gift option.

    It's the crackwood that that neck is made out of.
    It has untapped powers over the hoarding musician.

    'Tis the season for crooks and scammers! Fal la la la la fel-O-ny!

    Like I said, I wasn't trying to besmirch anyone's character, it's just that this is the most wonderful time of the year for ne'er do wells to try stuff. We, as buyers and sellers, should be vigilant and take all necessary precautions including any insurance / protection services afforded by PayPal and the like.

    No, not me. I have my fill of PRS. Also, I prefer maple necks, especially from PRS which have the best finish on a maple neck I have ever layed hands on.

    They refer to it as an "impregnated" finish. i was told by PRS customer service that it is essentially the same V12 finish that is on the rest of the guitar. The process of "impregnating" leaves it feeling fast and natural. However, it is obviously sealed and I have never had an issue. Try one if you have the chance.

    Thanks RVA. Based on some of your posts you may appreciate this. I went full in on a Kemper Power Amp and foot controller. It has not arrived yet. If it's everything I expect it to be, there will be lots of gear going out soon.
