Well, finally got my Gibson case and tools etc from GC. I had to dog them like a bloodhound to get it all though. They had one at a different store the whole time. They lied to me without remorse....unbelivable the sleaze in that org. As bad as a used car lot. Fortunately, I knew most of this going in and my sleaze radar was very alert. Even though alert, they made me work for it. I had to watch them at every turn and drive to another town to get my case and stuff. The only cool thing is that in the end, I came out about $80.00 buck ahead of the original deal. Of course all the headache and time involved in this I should have come out at least that much ahead.
I find it funny that GC and Musicians Friend are the same company. MF will put it up as a blem if anyone so much as touches it and always gives the case at no extra charge. The GC nearest me always charges extra for the case. :?
