In 2007 Musicians Friend and Gibson presented a limited number of special SG;s a new one for sale each week in a limited number some were cool some not so cool my question is: Does anyone know where to find a complete list of them. I see some for sale every once in a while on ebay but a list would be nice.

Damn, that's a nice guitar! At the moment, that is my greatest GAS object; a Gibson SG Special with two P-90s and a small pickguard. Yeah, I ave the Epi version ('61 Reissue 50th Anniversary), but I want MORE! As if I need it...

Oh, they're not big, it's just the white plies inside the pickguard showing, I probably need screws with a bigger head, LOL

Look at this SG '50s Tribute:
    https://reverb.com/item/1924127-gib...id=pla&pla=1&gclid=COuwqJqjlswCFcRehgodSwsJvw

not exactly a special, but this is an excellent guitar (with a really dumb name) and for a very attractive price.
I don't know if they sell like this in Europe, but maybe they do. Worth a look. To me, this is another one of
Gibson's best, but not well publicized. hence the great price. I don't NEED one... but...

Can't disagree with you on that one. That's a sweet axe.

Oh, yes, I know about those. I'd love one. They are hard to come by here, though. With a pickguard, it would be close to perfect.
