Ya know, being that replacement arm from All Parts is nickel you can age it for a few minutes with muratic acid ( available at either Home Depot or Lowes )and it will look like an original. Here is the lowdown on aging nickel !
In a empty 5 gal.bucket pour about a cup of acid into it,suspend the arm in the bucket and cover it up. Check it every 15 minutes. In about an hour the nickel will tarnish. Once you get it to where you want it was it some dish washing detergent to neutralize the acid and your done ! Works every time !
