86 '61 Les Paul SG Reissue. Stock, but I reduced the pickup ring heights by dropping each one down a size, which gives nice pickup placement without getting as close to the strings as with the original rings. Also rewired the controls to get 3 vol, 1 tone, and the ability to mix PUs in a better way. Love this guitar! Lightning fast.

That's really nice! Was it always such a creamy colour and is there supposed to be the Les Paul truss rod cover instead?

I've had this one for a long time.
It's kind of beat up but I like it.

89 '62 Les Paul SG Reissue . with two push / pull potentiometers for tone. one activates the neck pickup in all 3 positions of the switch. and the other when opening, ground the bridge pickup signal. combining these two push / pull with the switch, you can get all 7 combinations.
when the push / pulls are down.the guitar sounds and looks like the original.
very very versatile as a guitar and very beautiful

I'm the cat with the silverburst SG Custom, but this site won't allow me to post it, that's how cool it is. So it has 3 BurstBuckers and the Gibson Lyre-engraved tremolo tailpiece.

There's this one which is earning a place in my heart.

    supra1.jpg

I'm personally in love with the look of anything Gibson (and Epi) with three pickups. It's from idolizing Ace Frehley as a kid and wanting to play a Les Paul because of that. Yeah, my first guitar was an Ace Frehley Epiphone. I have two of those.

What's the pick-up for? I don't know. I've experimented with various wiring configurations. Blending in the middle on this Supra via the toggle switch is the best so far.

I was powerless to resist modding my 2005 61RI after seeing Logan's black SG3.
