seems the guitar companies are on a signature guitar bent these days.....who do you guys think should be next in line??

Johnny Winters
Gibson Firebird
distinguished by a series of white "rails" for fret markers and 'silver train' logo at 12th fret...... ;D

It has always surprised me that Gibson should choose someone such as Lenny Kravitz or Jimi H as their Signature Flying Vee Users?

What about "Andy Powell" of Wishbone Ash, "Kim Simmonds" of Savoy Brown?????

These Guys did more to promote the Vee........By CONSTANT usage than a great many, with the OBVIOUS exception of Lonnie Mack.........But Lenny Krapitz????? C'mon Guys!!!!!!!

Also......Surely to Goodness......Frank Marino should have had that honour bestowed upon him???????? He is one of the Guys that ALWAYS comes to mind when an SG is mentioned. OK....So as a Self Confessed B.O.F. I suppose I tend to gravitate towards the Older Players..........But without them......Er.........Mr Les Paul......where would Gibson be now I wonder?

Just The Musings of an Old Git.

If that one had a Bigsby on it and a lighter stain it would be identical to Les Paul's guitar.
