Soapbar or Dogear

    I am looking at ordering some Bareknuckle p-90s today for my SG Classic however I cannot for the life of me remember if they are soapbar or dog ear. I'd check but I am at work and my guitar is at home...

    They should be Soapbar.

    Aren't they dogear mounting with a soapbar cover, or did I read something wrong? ???

    No. That would have required Gibson to re-tool, I believe, Thats why - rather then the dogears - they used soapbars on the Classic....

    They are mounted to the body thru screw holes in the pickups - between the 2nd/3rd strings and 4th/5th strings.
