The whole, it's not how it looks but how plays thing, isn't true for this thing. Ugly guitars have to at least sound unique and awesome for them to be playable. I don't see this thing sounding any better then your avg Explorer.
I also believe that no matter what guitar someone plays, it says something about their personality. being the color, the shape it's in the style. They all say something about us.
So if someone bought one of these what does it say about them?

I did! I got there just before closing. I spent too much time at the one closest to the Intrepid Fox. Spent a bit of time there too. Had I known they were your Epi's, I would have asked to play at least one of them for a couple of minutes. Are they on consignment there, or did you sell them outright?

I still wish I could remember the name of the Japanese reverse Explorer. It also had the reverse headstock. I think a forked V type headstock like the early V's and Explorers would have looked better on the Gibson.

...So if someone bought one of these what does it say about them?

it is hard to say anything about anyone who purchases anything. As the old phrase says, "One man's garbage is another man's treasure". :)

I always think of Judas Priest and Breaking The Law when I see a reverse V.

Agreed, the 'headstock' is not appealing at all but perhaps increases it's oddity helping ensure it's place on a collectors wall.
