I just opened my front door to find a huge box of food, with a note from my local council telling me that because I am over 65, during lockdown I will get a box like this every week. It's full of really good useful stuff, from toilet rolls to oranges and mangoes, with meat and loads of fresh veg too. Some of it will go in the larder, and what I don't want can go to the nearest food bank. But how nice is that? Some people are thinking of others.
Welll, seriously... My father in law has a 250 acre dude ranch he rears black Angus beef cattle on. Plenty of wild hogs and deer too. Free steaks, sausage and Bambi burgers
