Yup, It's an infection... Voxanitis - only one cure.

You've heard what Ess has been recording = sonically beautiful.
Ess, Skids, SGm, etc... there are others and I'll be soon.

Hell, we'll get Voxman to get one by the time we're done!

Have been loathe to buy anything by Vox until now......

I used to have a Vox AC30, back in 1977. It was a Greenback one, cost me £75 and I was playing live three or four nights a week. I attempted to use it almost every night i played, but inevitably it was goosed after 30 minutes or so, and I used to plug into the house Yamaha 100w tranny amp - which had a sound like a wasp trapped in a Coke can.

It cost me a fortune in "servicing" bills and was never satisfactorily cured. One night, driving back to Helensburgh, from a gig in Glasgow, we stopped by the roadside and kicked it out of the side-door of the old VW van. It was last seen rolling down the bonny banks and braes and into a ditch near Dumbarton. Went back the next day with my dad to retrieve it, but - surprise surprise - it was gone!! I really wish I hadn't done that.... :( :(

    Rock'n'roll, eh? :) :) :)
