    Maybe the previous owner thought it would help him play the blues better?

    But, the ad is incorrect. They say it was spray painted. In some pics you can tell it was done with a roller by the smudges where the roller hit other areas. There's even a paint smudge on the back plate of the amp...that was never cleaned up! Amazing. That could have been cleaned up with quick swipe or two of a paper towel while the paint was still wet.

    But, the dude was consistent. Even the controls have been replaced with blue parts.

    If you look closer, you'll see that it appears that's a paint job, too.

    I have to admit, I have looked at this a *lot.* It's an abomination, but I do like the color, and it's a Twin Reverb (reissue, no doubt) for $500.

    Do it....lol.......offer em 395.....then rip the the tolex off and replace(with your favorite color) like a proper human would do ........

    True, that, just that if you want a sonic blue Twin Reverb, paint is not the way to go there.

    Agreed. That'd be the best thing for it. There's places to get knobs in blue as well....

    Save it PJ ----look it has been abused and damaged.....you can salvage it----you CAN rebuild it----you CAN give it HONOR and respect once again.............
    And if you REALLY play your cards right you can get for 300 cash........or less.......you gotta "sell it" though when you go to buy it-----PM me I can give ya some "pointers"

    Take the Misses with you ------- she can really help if she is "in on it" ;)
