WTB: Gibson SG Standard Shell/Husk

    Looking for a nice shape Gibson SG Standard body and neck only. Some call them a Husk some a shell, but you get the drift.

    I have everything to build to my specs but the body/neck assembly...

    Yep, been looking there, but prices are a little high and they don't negotiate.

    I found a guy on ebay that sells shells, but he doesn't have what I'm looking
    for at the moment...I'll find one sometime, but I'm in no hurry.

    Yes I have and the funny thing is I've actually found some complete guitars for just a few hundred more than a shell.
    But, I only need the shell and don't want to try and make money back selling off the guts...

    I referring more to "new" prices, but you get the idea.
