Well, I repeat.... i had never heard of him before he turned up, so his (err) "Fame" carries no weight with me.... but he seemed an ok sort. He was pretty reasonable and rational in most of his replies. Although any minute now you were expecting a primadonna like sulk to happen....
One thing that always bugged me, was the way he took credit for the 2 pickup custom idea, though

My dear man, thats simply because you don't associate enough with the tight spandex and anal lubricant crowd!
I never heard of his bloomin arse either.
In fact, my bet is he's having some mid life war of the genes, convinced Gib to make the axe with his name on it, a condition of which was his quasi self promotion of the same. He did say it was all about the guitar. Like certain ex Presidents, it seems to be a matter of legacy for the poor boy.
