Gibson SG Select. Except I would promptly change the hardware to Chrome.
No sadly not, for sale on Reverb
Don't have the cash
Good lord, that’s nice!
I fought it and I fought it, but alas I just added it to my reverb watch list.
Would FIT nicely next to the Angus sig
A lot of money. But this one is ,if its good not to bad prized
Not that i know anything, but my gut feeling is that the Gibson Custom will do a new signature sooner or later. Based on the Black sg.
The one on reverb are more or less that one
yeah I always wondered about another Angus Signature. His black small pick guard has certainly become his number 1 over time, after the 2003 SARS fest in Toronto, it seemed to take first grab. He used his (one of his) lightening bolts guitar for the 2003 show, but come 2009 Black Ice it was Blackie up first. If you put witch hats on that custom you posted that’s about as close as one could get, of course add the pearly gates etc, but yeah, bang on.
I am not so sure they would ever do one, just because it is not so iconic unless you are an SG or gear not like us. It also always surprised me that him or Mal have never had signature amps or other gear. Closest we got was the Schaffer replica from solo Dallas, and without his research and connections even that would have never come to light
Sumthin like this
This be my dream SG.
1962 Gibson Les Paul SG Standard - Ebony Block
Late 60's SG Special, but with modern 1-11/16 nut width and finished in TV Yellow as pictured on the right.
Of all the guitars with photos on this thread, my favourite is actually the last which is RhinestoneStrat's SG Special. If it plays and sounds half as good as my 2000 Special it is a guitar I could have serious fun with. Having said that, my dream guitar would be one I could play as opposed to a trophy piece I could hang on the wall.
Since I don't get to play as much as I would like nowadays, I have often lent instruments to professional touring musicians and the one most chosen from mine is the 2000 Special.
