Meister, why would AC\DC and Sleeter Kinney be party poopin? Most of us here are not snooty self absorbed snobs and we welcome varied opinions and experiences. Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy.

Doodoo, just don't ask where the good stuff from the old forum format is or if such and such will be redone for this new version.
That dead horse has been beaten pretty darn hard. I was nervous to even mention it.

The Beatles count. Maybe they are more famous for playing Rickenbackers and Casinos, but, hey!

Bon Scott era AC/DC!!! 4:00 minute mark with Angus running through the rows of apparently uptight caucasian's is priceless!!

That's one of my favorite Angus moments. I had to have a SG after I saw that for the first time.

Class of 76', too... Or excuse me... the Spirit of 76! The "uptight Caucasian's" is kind of mind boggling. Then again, this is almost 40 years ago. I think Angus would be ripped to shreds from thousands of young AC/DC fans today, without a crapload of security keeping up with him. I was enjoying the Angus super fan, in green. Wonder if he was staged because of the possibility of uptight Caucasians?

I think that video was filmed in Paris ... not sure who they were supporting but I think the audience had no idea of what to expect

Filmed at the Golders Green London Hippodrome. From what I've read they were a last minute fill in for some group that couldnt make it ... Alex Harvey group I think. That might explain the uptight caucasian attendance?

One of my favorite guitar virtuosos. Came across this pic by accident. Never knew he had an association with the almighty SG...
