Well, he clearly states 2 times he doesn't ship outside USA and Canada, so I think it is pretty clear. If I woulkd ask him again then he would write something silly like " Can't you read?!".
Besides guys who state that European countries are excluded are people I don't want to do business with, they can wait and wait and wait untill someone buys it for 1500 while I would pay hundreds more in an instant.
