1991 SG Celebrity

Hi, I'm new to the Forum - I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and just acquired a 1991 Celebrity. I have been unable to find out much about this axe. Anyone out there who can share some info, or particularly pictures? The truss rod cover says Gibson Les Paul Deluxe - would this be original? Also were any made with a black pick guard or only white? Any info is appreciated. Many thanks, Rob
