Ah good point, but yea, every now and then (with epiphone it seems) you get a bridge that just likes to snap strings, even brand new. Easily taken cared of though, had to do it for my Goth-G400, I shaved it down myself and havn't had a problem since....granted i do have her fitted for massive strings...but that's besides the point
Thanks for all the help and advice guy, I will go with the roller bridges, but unfortunately I won't be playin guitar for a wee while, I chopped the tip off my left index finger.
Ouch mate not good , i'm a joiner to trade and stuff like this happend to me all the time , hopefully it'll not be long in healing up . And as for playing slide , i think every guitarist should give it a go , cheers

Cheers Alan, it's a right b itch no being able 2 play with so many guitars aboot the place lol, a thought slide would be the only way I'd be able 2 at least play for noo with out causin more damage, Am still relatively new to guitar so slide will be a fun addition, oh and I'm a carpet fitter but was chopping kindlin and some how chopped the bloody finger lol
