:) I KNEW I had a photo of this "somewhere", but it has taken me about 18 months to locate it!!!!!

A "Murphy'd" Standard which also had "Tom Holmes" Pickups.

There.......Now NEVER let it be said that Lurid hasn't had an SG or two over the years O0

Wow, really nice Lex......

Nice stand too!
I have 5 of those Warwick Rockstands.
I find the one for seven guitars works perfect for 4.

I pulled the labels off mine and shot them with a spray can of flat black before assembly.
Perfect!

Well............. Oh Dear.......My Secret is out

Truth to tell........ I didn't like it anywhere near as much as my other Gibsons so I hardly ever played it! A Guy offered me a King's Ransom for it so I took the money I'm afraid!

Yeah Weas.....But I need to talk to Neo about getting this Spraying thing down right you know? They'd look better without the Labels I reckon? ;)

Trouble is...I'm not much with a Spray Gun

I'd like to have a Historic Standard w/vibrola or '61 RI w/vibrola but the Murphy upcharge I could do without... :)

True. Just leave one outside in a damp shed for a month to get that Murphy effect.

I had one of those once.......a 75 to be exact. But alas, during my divorce proceeding I took it to a Pawn Shop ( The Barrister had his hand extended, demanding more cash ;D ) and got a LOUSEY $500 bucks for it. I went back a week later and it was gone
