hey all,

i've been a member for a few months just kind of lurking and figured i'd make an official greeting post.

liitle about myself: i'm originally from texas where i was a working musician for about 13 years and now i'm in L.A. where i've been working on a downtuned/downtempo/post metal project for the last 6 months. i no longer play music full time but, it's my passion and me and the guys get together a couple times a week and work out songs and hope to gig fairly soon.

as for gear here's my rig:

i recently got a new SG standard in ebony build date of 2008 - love it
worn brown faded, ebony fretboard crescent moons build date of 2003- great guitar which serves as my back up.
orange rockerverb 50 head
orange ppc412 4x12 cabinet with V30's

FX board:
running into my RV50's loop: loop master loop bypasser, buffer, small stone phaser, stereo pulsar, mxr flanger, mxr carbon copy, modified and beefed up line 6 DL-4.

running straight into the head: korg pitchblack tuner, digitech synth wah (for some whacky stuff here and there) and a death by audio fuzz war.

that's it, glad to be here.

Welcome to ETSG whiteyanderson! :) :) :)

We love it when lurkers come in from out of the cold..... or smog depending on what part of the country you're from. Hope to see some input!

I'm a RV50 fan and I'll buck the odds and say LA is one of my favourite destinations.

Rock on whiteyanderson.

Welcome to the forum! Being a life long texan, I bet the move from TX to LA was quite a shock. DOn't forget we love pics around here so a shot of your gear would really be a good way to break the ice I think ;)
