Hello, looking for some advice, on when was my SG made and which model is it?

I recently bought the SG from a friend who thought it was made in the 70s, but little else!

I have attached a link to photobucket below.

The serial number is 394215 made in the USA is stamped on the headstock.
The pots are all stamped 70-028, 1377487. The tuners are stamped Gibson and the PUPS are unmarked, what might they be?

The guitar came with the original bridge and knobs in a seperate bag, are there other changes that anyone can identify?

The case is a brown box with a Gibson logo, is this the original case as I have not seen others like it.

Appreciate any help on dating her, and any other info you may have!

Thank you

Jonathan

Welcome bibble. :) According to The Guitar Dater Project:

Your guitar was made at the
Kalamazoo or Nashville Plant , USA
approximately in: 1974 or 1975

The Pot Code Reader Says:

This potentiometer was made by
CTS Corporation (Chicago Telephone Supply)
in the 87th week of 1974 <---------wtf? :?
