les paul custom plates

Hi all, I just got a 61RI Custom SG and it is from 93. I guess back then they didn't use the Les Paul Custom markings on the truss rod cover and neck crown plate. I would like to add that to my guitar, so the question I have for you all is where can I get the truss rod cover and crown that is marked Les Paul Custom for my SG?

Once you've signed in click on Profile in the top list (home, forum, help, search, profile). There's a box on the left that says "Modify Profile". Click on "Forum Profile Information" and choose upload your own picture.
As for the Les Paul stuff, maybe there's a site called everthinglespaul.com or try the Gibson website. :coolsmiley:

thanks bro, i just checked the allparts site and they have them (truss rod cover anyway), but only in black, I am thinking I want to do mine up white.

[/quote]when you reply or start a new thread there is a bunch of buttons above the text box one for bold italic underline etc. click the littel picture button under the italic button then add the webaddress of your pic (either your server or a free hosting server) then insert it between the tags it looks like [ img][/ img] no spaces

Or what you can do is just go down to the local Gibson dealer, they ususally have them or can order them as an accessory
