has anyone tried any of the new dls15c or 40c. they seem fairly priced and wonder what others thoughts are on them.

to me the price is on par with the vox ac range and could be a nice alternative to the vox. ive not had a chance to try one yet but i think they could sound very cool.

I just saw a dsl15 for sale on craigs list here. I was wondering the same thing but have never tried one so will be watching to see if anyone has tested one yet.

If anyone's considering a new one, I read somewhere that they're a little cheaper in Canada than the US at present. Might be worth looking into if you're considering taking the plunge. Long & McQuade (L&M) is a large national Cdn retailer, very similar to MF etc. stateside, probably first place I'd check if you were doing a little 'net shopping.

get the vox .. it's a more pure sounding amp and with the right gain pedals and settings you can get way more satisfying grind and natural crunch compared to the digital sounding marshalls
