Just wanted to say hi and am glad I found this board. I've always been a strat and tele player (for 40+ years), couldn't get used to the sound of buckers even though I thought that Les Paul's were cool looking guitars. Just for grins, I ordered a Les Paul Jr. from Musicians Friend hoping that the p90 would give me a more single coil like sound than the humbuckers. I liked the guitar so much that I ordered an SG Classic that came last Friday. What a great guitar!! I've got new blisters on my fingers (John Lennon) cause I haven't put the guitar down since this morning when I had to go to work. Still love my Fender's but I've definitely found two great new guitars. I've already learned a lot from this board about my new baby....
