Probably not the original but you never know! In the video "Dani California" by The Red Hot Chili Peppers, they do a Psycadelic scene and the guitarist has a SG painted up like the fool!!!!  It's a great looker and it has the maestro without the cover.  We might have finally found it!

actually SGowner I'd heard that John had switched to Gibsons for the new Album (which rocks btw)... he used a very nice looking SG custom on Fortune Faded, you can see it in the video aswell.
