I noticed that my Casino didn' t sound very well and it made strange steel noises unplugged.
I order a good quality metric ABR-1 bridge at Philadelphia Luthier Tools and a long version of the trapeze tailpiece to reduce vibrations between the tailpiece and the bridge.
The result is incredible, awesome, no more bad vibrations. With the long trapeze tailpiece the feeling is better, The guitar seems more consistent, more precise much more enjoyable to play!

Yes, not so much but on the guitar it' s a big difference. The ABR-1 bridge (unotched saddles) is a fine upgrade too, I was looking for this Schaller trapeze tailpiece but I didn' t find it for sale...
A Frequensator tailpieceis very nice but we have same vibrations problem.

an inch is a huge thing in the string length on a guitar for sure! I might have to try that on my casino. thanks!

Do you have a part number? My Casino has had a noise since about when I got it. I changed the bridge. I can not tell where it is coming from. I hear it unplugged but it does not come through the Amp. I have been suspecting the flimsy tailpiece.
