Seeing lovely friend I haven't seen in 25 years this week!

I signed up for that classmates thing from my Yahoo email account ads, and a short while later a real good girl friend from high school wrote me. We hung out for a season and hit it off really well, but lots of things happened (parents abducted me & sent to religious reformatory where I escaped on 18th birthday, never finished HS). I never said goodbye to so many friends including Tina, and we haven't seen each other since.

She's doing well for herself and wants us together ASAP, me too. (Where's a huge ear to ear grin...) (Ah, close enough) She said, you get down here asap and I'll take care of everything else. Of course it's hard to say what's going to happen between us. At this point, it's great to see such a close friend again. We are going to have a blast. I'm driving down and should be there by the end of the week. 24 hours of driving, but it's better than flying as I'll have my car and can look for jobs, etc.

The youngin she had is 22 and on his own. Her sister is getting married today. She likes to sing karaoke (4-5 nights a week) and shoot pool (shark) and has a tremendous sense of humor. She got smiling character wrinkles and I got some extra lbs, but in the more I talk with her, the more we are already meshing again. I’m really looking forward to seeing her again.

There is no doubt about one thing, between us remains some .v.e.r.y. long lasting mojo... ;D

So here’s the deal, (and take note, this happened early on) she already knows about it! I just told her like it is, I’m a lover "and" a guitarist. She’s just going to have to deal with it. (chuckles)

As for myself, I have to deal with her being a pool shark. No kidding, and I mostly suck at pool. She said that a while back her team took the top 2 spots 3 years consecutive at some national or regional(?) event in Vegas.
