This guitar is a spitting image of the Monterey SG sold here in Australia. The model is MGS-11TWR. I believe that these are one of the same (I could be wrong). The headstock is the same, the pick guard is the same, the neck seats 5 frets into to the body like the Monterey (Gibos/Epi G-400 - the neck ends where the body starts). I brought 2 Monterey's because they were cheap and there alright as a beginner guitar, with a few minor mods there quite good. But the look is all wrong!!! For me a good copy/rep has to look the part - Like an SG.... Still it is cool for what it is...... A side note, Epiphone Special & G-310 seats only 4 frets into the body. That's why when i look at this and the Monterey the bridge and stop tail look too out of place being so far back. Cheers

I just picked up a Harley Benton S-600 last week and I'm loving it. Got it for around $160 shipped from Germany in under 5 days. You won't hear me complaining! Set neck, not bolt.

You don't have a telecaster, JG?

Wouldn't you like one of these: :)

I would...

OK, back to HB. Not to be outdone by Senor eS.G.:

It doesn't look fantastic in the picture, but looks great 'in person'. It did need a setup, and it wasn't perfect, and the electronics are shite, but the pups will do ok for the time being, she plays nice too. For 166 euros, it's not bad.

I very nearly got one of these (same as OP):

Hi,
Can't see your image. Is that the 3 pickup 'SG custom' in Ivory?
I got mine in January as a cheap introduction to a shorter non-Fender scale length to see if my short fat fingers could cope. Its great; and they could.
Since then I found a good deal on a SGJ so the HB could soon be sporting a 'Bigsby'.

Yup, that's the one. Sorry my picture isn't showing up for you. I'm a real fan of the guitar - it's a keeper. I liked it so much that this week I received a Harley Benton V model. It's a keeper, too.
