Cheers. Sadly that LP was sold about nine years ago to help buy the wife a new Harley Sportster.... Honestly.

I'm trying to track it down as it happens. Would love to get it back.

Good luck, i sold my original LP in 1990 and wish I had it back too.

I've since changed the tuners back to the White button type and put these tuners on my '87 that had a few wonky old ones.

Thanks for all the replies. May be talking to him about a trade but the guitar I'm parting with is a bargain so he'll need to be similarly priced.

Thanks again. The links are great by the way.

Molly.

Molly, have you thought about an Epiphone 1961 50th Anniversary SG Special?
They were a limited edition, only made in 2011 but they show up occasionally.
They have neck binding, lightning bar wraparound bridge, P90s, dot inlays and they scream!
The quality is excellent! They are a lot cheaper than the SG Classic, (about $1000 cheaper!!!) but virtually the same guitar with a different finish (poly) and a different headstock shape.
I can't fault mine at all. They are extremely well finished and I'm never gonna sell mine!
There's quite a few people on this forum with these guitars, and I've not heard anything really negative about them.
I have a Gibson SG Special that I love, but the 1961 Epi SG Special is still my number 1!
If you're not worried about the name on the headstock, I can pretty much guarantee you'll fall in love with one!

Geez man they go quick, I just seen one for $650. with a OHSC that was very nice...and its gone.

This doesn't look bad though and for maybe $1000.

gibson sg original 2013 limited model for sale 1145$ !!!

I seen I think the 2013 50 Tributes still being sold at MF also. They had a few of the 2013 SGs 50, 60 and 70s for around $700. They still had the one with the banjo tuners and 57s also. You could be the proud owner of tat baby too for around $7 bills.

The 2013 Standards been kinda scare around here. And that imho is a nice Standard for oh $800. I'm not a hugh fan of the Trem on the SG. Reminds me of a pimped out Cadillac.

Hey, peace man, good luck. "2013 Standard" Just saying .lol.
