so i have never had this problem before but it just randomly started today, when i bend on my high e it makes a clicking sound. this is from the small groves that have been worn into my wrap tailpiece, it hasn't been a problem in the past because the string sat in one of those grooves. im just looking for a quick fix for this you guys have any tips.

Smoothen up that groove. If you don't it will eventually start breaking strings.
i kinda did the opposite to fix it, because the groves have been working like a string slot for the other strings i actually deeped it slightly to make it stay and it worked great

As long as your new groove doesn’t move the string to tailpiece contact point toward the nut. Check your intonation. If it’s good, you’ve solved the issue for another 100,000 bends!

That's what I meant, to get the groove itself smoother. Glad that it worked

yeah i just found the grove it liked to be in the most then took a junk knife and scored it a few times to make it ever so slightly deeper
