1967 Reissue SG Custom

Hi, I am new here -waves like a dork-

I have decided to buy an SG Custom and the one sticking out is the 1967 Reissue Custom in wine red....it looks awesome.
I have found 1 on internet but I don't have any info on it, couldn't find it on th ETSG homepage either.

So does someone has it and what are your experiences with it?

A friend of mine in town has that guitar. I've played it, it's great. I mean, it has the third pickup, which a lot of people don't like (myself included).

Thanks, yes I will screw the middle pup down so it doesn't get in the way of the picking and rewire it as a standard 2 pup with 3 positions (bridge/bridge-neck/neck) so it won't do anything.
It looks cool though, ghegheghe ;D

I don't particularly care for the 3 pickup customs but that guitar looks so damn nice.

I really love that SG Custom with large white pickguard. Did you play a SG Custom before?

The middle HB kills the sustain, so be carefull.However, that' s a beauty :)

Yes that one is only for USA and Canada.....the neck joint looks iffy to me though.
