I don't even see why there's an argument here...

Epiphones clearly aren't good enough for Angus' use. Mybe if he was going to smash it on stage or something...

Hey, The G400 isn't cheap, trust me. And that's clearly a G400. G400's are great, but IMHO the Fadeds are better due to the fact that it's may in Indonesia instead of China like the normal $400 G400 and the Alnico V HBs.

I have a G400, and the point of them is to make a "cheap" Replica of the Gibson. Bonfire is right with saying compare it to a 60's sg. That will blow the epi's out of the water.

Consider this when you quote guitar players polls, who's number 1, who's number 100...

Sit down with the editors of these polls and what are the odds you would agree with a DAMNED THING they say personally?
It gets in a magazine or on the web and it's hard science all of a sudden?

C'mon, I kinda like some of the stuff the Donnas put out, Careless Whisper by Wham is a beautiful song and Angus Young is a ONE TRICK PONY. But he will ALWAYS be in my top three with Page and whoever else I listened to lately.

It's all subjective. If you like Tiny Tim and Tip Toe Thru The Tulips, ROCK ON, MAN!!!!!

My two cents....

I hear people bashing certain famous guitarists because they claim the subject has "no skill" or "sucks" I aways found this a bit odd, because how would anyone besides the said guitarist know their true skill level unless it was exibited? Maybe they do have the technical skills that people say they don't, but don't feel the need to show them off. Sometimes the said guitarist may feel it would take away from the effect they are trying to achive through their compositions by shredding it up. I think the guitarists who know their role within their music are some of the best out there.
