Yuppers Vox, I got a pint of DuPont Chroma-Base 2697K aka Polaris White for the Junior and a pint of Dupont Chroma-Base H-9623K aka Pelham Blue for the MM. The people have Spoken ! :lol: :lol:

I like the Pelham Blue. White is a little bright and I think it takes away from the artful curves and tasteful hardware. A nice Red would be cool but I would vote for the blue to keep it in the vintage realm....and I think that would help it with value in the future as well. Can't wait to see the finished product Bruce!.....what's your eta?

ETA is approx.........Early Summer of 05, unless it warms up to 80 degrees by next week ! :lol:

congrats BW! can't wait to see it! weather has me paintin on my back porch! (when i can get away with it) airbrush ain't too bad but basecoats and clearcoats have to wait til nobody's here! can't have the kids breathin that stuff!

I'll answer your question with an equation..

Best Colour = durability + look
durability=quality
look=no scratches
black=durability+look

Therefore..

Black is the best colour.

black is *my* favorite color, but fingerprints, smudges, scratches and swirlies are much more apparent than on other colors.
