DHL, UPS and one more (can't remember off the top of my head); all $450+. Shops will ship for under $200, but not a Gibson as Gibson don't allow them to ship internationally... Ebay ships for $43! (or so they say): here's an example I'm looking at which is secondhand, so probably under %20 on tax, has a Gator case. I could have bought right-handed version for $500 Australian in a local shop at the end of the 2013 financial year but I had only bought my SG Standard a few months before ... a real bargain that I missed.

I could put a bid in of $600 for that used SG jnr, Dave - it's a bit beaten up, but I'd get it here with the case for $800. Whatdya reckon? I watched it the last week and it didn't sell, so the buyer has just relisted it and probably wants to sell it. - The new one is only $675!

So, I do like that cherry new jnr, and I've found a quote of $178 with USPS, so I'm just trying to confirm the package size then I may go with it - add in 20% of total as tax and we get to $1050 all in, just with a gig bag... Just waiting for a reply on weight and size from the Wildwoods.

I've listened to a few videos and this guitar does sound amazing, so it'd be a shame to give it up as they're not easy to find.
