IMO, the main thing that wood determines on an electric guitar is the weight of the guitar.

I've seen this before and I do think that piezo is pretty impressive in this video. Except, this demo gives little, if any, sense of what that pickup sounds like for what most of us do with an acoustic...strumming!

But, I'm not sure about the statement that the bandana is there "just to provide a bit of class." I don't know if it actually makes a difference in the sound. Maybe yes...maybe no, but that comment seems a bit contrived to me.

Nevertheless, I'd still consider one for a guitar.
