That's a fine collection ATVSG. We usually hear appreciative comments about this site and how we don't seem to indulge in any Flaming or idiotic and arrogant chest pounding or dissing of peoples' instruments and comments. Maybe it's because many of us have other guitars we appreciate right alongside our favorites... the SGs.

I like this thread too, and I keep coming back to ogle what members are posting. Let's keep it going. Next thing you know, that "SG Guitar Editor' program will be expanded to "Guitar Collection Editor" ... and then it'll be "Amp and Pedal Array Editor..." and we'll have to interface this thread with the imaginary one.

That'll be fun. Like "The Sims" at ETSG... hmmm...

Hehe, allow me to beat my chest just for a bit::applause:
If we're talking about full gear, I should present my 'original' instrument too, which I neglected ever since I bought my first SG, but got back into it a bit:

I have two kits, my main one is a late 70s East German Tacton kit, as cheap as they come but with an awesome sound.
It is modified in a similar fashion than this one:

A generic used 80€ drum kit

I hate mounted toms, and love John Bonham and 'pearl' finishes (ok, for 10€, marble imitation wallpaper will do), so I improvised it into this:

Now I think that's really really all my gear. :hmm:

My number 1 and my JTM 45....also most the time I use my JMP 50 now....but the 45 just has a nice tone I keep going back to. But if I were to do all my gear there'd be three more SG's there.

Right now, I'm playing the Gibson head through the Marshall bottom cabinet. The Gibson speaker cab is half open-backed, and I prefer the sound of a closed-back speaker cab. No pedals, just pushing the amp into a heavy creamy distortion. I play in a cover band, so I use three SGs for different tunings. (sparkle in E, supreme in drop-D, custom in drop-C).

Oh, and I'm a huge Van Halen fan...

Here is what I carry around

GearAtPureRock2012.jpg

SG -> VOX wah -> Boss tuner -> Tubescreamer -> Hardwire delay -> Grail reverb -> Sonic Stomp -> looper/recorder -> Tiny Terror -> box with Eminence Ragin Cajun (10 inch)

I moved the stool to hold the SG because a stand wasn't handy, but I usually stand there in front of the mic, looking at the elevated PA speaker in back. (The drum and two black amps in the rear right were not used.)

I have some other amps and speakers at home, but I usually carry the orange stuff because it is so much lighter (and plenty loud in a studio room like this one).

Don't have any one picture of all my stuff, but I have a few random ones you may enjoy.

My two main "go-to" guitars and most of my amps. The DST30 and the Deluxe Reverb seem to get most of the action these days.

Group shot. I don't know why the pic turned out so sh!tty. Using my iPhone I took a bunch of pics and on the iPhone's screen they looked sharp and good. But when they're on the computer they look like fuzzy cr@p.
